Complexes don’t have to be complicated

Professional Commercial Cleaning Services for Hotels, Casinos, and Conference Centres

While hotels, casinos, and conference centres have different cleaning needs, they are often co-located within a single complex. Viewing them as one entity is key to developing an efficient and cost-effective cleaning program. Generally speaking, such complexes usually require a combination of services similar to our property management, office, and recreation cleaning services, with some adjustments for efficiency.

Specialized cleaning teams

For example, all floor care or all administration areas can be grouped into one component of the overall cleaning program, and managed as a specialized team. The washroom cleaning team will be equipped with professional industrial products like powerful enzymatic cleansers that eliminate odors and germicidal detergents that sanitize surfaces. Another component that requires special care are gaming tables to protect the felt or speed cloth.

The company owner takes personal interest in the day to day opperations, which I find unique in this industry, and that's what sets them apart from other janitorial companies.

Hallmark Facility Service has been cleaning our office for a year now. Tasha takes care of our office and we are so impressed with her work. We went through two cleaning companies before we tried Hallmark and like they say third times the charm! We recently had our office renovated and Tasha kept us always clean and professional looking throughout the process. We have found that Paul in the office is very professional and always responds to any requests we may have. We at Summit Brooke would highly recommend their service.

Paul and his staff are amazing to work with. They are extremely professional and take pride in their work. Try them out, you will not be disappointed.

A highly professional cleaning service. Their attention to detail during these Covid 19 times is truly appreciated.
